By using PlanovAI, you agree to the following terms.

1. Lawful Use

You agree to use PlanovAI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party service terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Accounts and External Connections

You may choose to connect external sources such as GitHub and Google Search Console. By doing so, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to authorize PlanovAI to access the account, repository, property, or other resource you connect.
  • You will not use PlanovAI to access, sync, or process data that you are not authorized to access.
  • You understand that disconnecting an external source stops future sync, but does not automatically erase historical summaries, notifications, or memory records already generated for your projects.

3. AI Output and Management Judgments

PlanovAI provides WBS suggestions, risk analysis, project judgments, notifications, and summaries based on available context and model capabilities. These outputs are provided for reference only and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional project management advice.

4. Service Availability and Changes

PlanovAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including external sync features, model capabilities, pricing, or interface behavior.

5. Third-Party Services

Some features of PlanovAI depend on third-party services such as Google, GitHub, and model infrastructure providers. We do not independently guarantee the availability, continuity, accuracy, or latency of those services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanovAI is not liable for losses arising from:

  • your reliance on AI output, project judgments, or synced external signals;
  • errors, delays, outages, permission changes, or authorization failures in third-party platforms;
  • deletion, disconnection, overwrite, or misuse caused by your own actions;
  • force majeure, network failures, security incidents, or maintenance interruptions.

7. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, abuse the service, threaten platform security, or create legal or compliance risk. You may also stop using the service at any time and delete projects, disconnect external sources, or contact us regarding account deletion.
