PlanovAI Product Scope
PlanovAI is an AI-assisted project management and solopreneur operations platform operated at planovai.work. It helps users organise projects, conversations, tasks, files, memories, external signals, management judgments, and deliverables.
How This Supplement Applies
This product supplement is read together with the SZLK Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Rights Notice, Do Not Sell or Share Notice, and AI and Entertainment Disclaimer. It records the facts that are specific to PlanovAI.
Account and Product Data
PlanovAI may process account email, name, profile image, sign-in and session information, product account identifiers, subscription status, billing references, usage limits, preferences, and security records needed to provide and protect the service.
AI and Service Processing
PlanovAI may process project descriptions, conversations, tasks, uploaded files, generated outputs, deliverables, project memories, user feedback, and metadata or signals from external sources that the user chooses to connect. The minimum relevant context may be sent to trusted AI service providers to generate plans, summaries, risk assessments, recommendations, and other requested outputs.
Payments and Paid Access
Paid options may include subscriptions, expanded usage limits, project-management capacity, AI processing, or other digital entitlements shown in the product or checkout. Payment details are handled by the payment processor. PlanovAI records the customer, subscription, entitlement, usage, and delivery state needed to provide paid access.
Delivery and Refund Facts
A paid subscription or entitlement is delivered when the account receives the corresponding access, usage allowance, or paid feature. Refund review may consider whether paid access was unlocked, usage allowance was consumed, AI processing was performed, or a paid output or deliverable was generated.
Cookies, Privacy Requests, and Preferences
PlanovAI may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, checkout, preference saving, product operation, analytics, and user-requested features. Optional analytics, advertising, or similar technologies should follow the product's cookie controls and applicable consent rules. Privacy requests, cookie preferences, and sale/share opt-out preferences should be submitted through the routes or contact methods displayed in the product.
Storage and Retention
Account, subscription, project, conversation, task, file, output, deliverable, memory, external connection, synchronised signal, consent, privacy request, security, and usage records may be retained while the account is active and for as long as needed for service delivery, project continuity, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, or audit evidence.
User Responsibility and Risk Boundary
PlanovAI plans, summaries, risk assessments, recommendations, project judgments, notifications, and other AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They are decision-support materials, not guarantees or legal, financial, tax, investment, regulatory, employment, safety, or other professional advice. Users must review outputs and source information before acting.
Material Service Categories
PlanovAI may use service providers for hosting, account access, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, search or research support, storage, security, logging, and customer support. These providers may process data only as needed for the purposes described in the shared legal documents and this supplement.
